What happened to my old account now that you have a new website?
On our new website, we are using a new system behind the scenes, which unfortunately means we couldn’t transfer the old user accounts. But don’t worry! If you create a new account using the same email address as before, we can still track your bookings with the help of the old system. This means you’ll keep your place in line for upcoming releases, and we’ll be able to contact you when your pre-ordered products are ready for pickup.

They help keep your cards in top condition, which is especially important for collectible cards and games where cards are frequently handled. Yes, we have regular game meetups and events for all levels, including beginners. It's an excellent way to learn new games and meet new people. Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming games?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for many upcoming games. By pre-ordering, you ensure you get your copy as soon as the game is released. You can search our website to see which games are on the way. If you find one you're interested in, you can either set up an alert to receive an email when the game is in stock or place a booking for us to reserve the game for you. 

Can I trade or sell my old games with you?
No, we do not buy used board games. We recommend using buy and sell groups on Facebook or Tradera instead. 

Can I trade or sell my old game cards with you?
Yes, we buy used Magic: The Gathering cards. If you click on singles above, you can see which cards we buy and at what price! We do not buy cards from other collectible card games (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.), but we recommend coming to our meetups and talking to active volunteers for tips on selling those cards. 

How does your shipping and delivery work?
We offer fast and secure shipping throughout Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The shipping cost depends on the size of the order and the country to which the package is being sent. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. More information can be found on our shipping page. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods, including card payments (Visa, MasterCard), Swish, and invoice for both individuals and companies. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout. 

What is your return policy?

What are your opening hours?
We have two stores, one at Sveavägen 118 where we sell board games, role-playing games, and accessories for these, and one at Kungsholmstorg 8 where we sell collectible card games like Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh! as well as accessories for these. Can I book a table to play games in the store?
