Store Purchase Terms

General
To shop online at Dragon's Lair (Draknästet AB org. nr: 556631-9009), hereafter referred to as "the Store," you must be over 18 years old. When ordering over the Internet, a purchase agreement is made when your payment has been approved.

By sending their order, the customer agrees that their name and personal information are registered in our customer database. We never share your personal information. We reserve the right to final sale.

If you shop with another person's personal information without their consent, resulting in economic or other damage to the Store, this will be reported to the police.

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping costs and any administrative fees may apply, see further information below. The Store reserves the right for any errors, such as price information, that may occur in the store.

For pre-booking or ordering goods that are not in stock, the store may adjust the selling price if the new purchase price differs by more than 10% from the original price. In such cases, the customer will be notified and has the right to cancel the order.

We only send goods as packages or letters within Sweden. Goods to Denmark and Finland are sent as packages.

Payment Options

Card Payment

The Store offers you a secure payment method for cards through DIBS. Debit or credit cards via VISA or Mastercard linked to a Swedish bank can be used for payment.

Cards issued by foreign banks cannot be used for payment. When paying by card, you must provide the card number, card expiration date, and CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the card).

Card purchases are made directly with our card payment provider and are encrypted according to current standards and regulations. The Store uses a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard. All information is encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption, preventing unauthorized access to your account information.

The amount is temporarily reserved when an order is placed, but the money is not withdrawn from the account until we ship the products. If an order takes longer than 30 days, the reservation can no longer be completed, and the payment needs to be redone.

Invoice and Installment Payment

For those who do not want to pay directly by card, we offer payment via Invoice or Installment through our partner Riverty.

When you pay via Riverty, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your goods.

In connection with applying for credit, Riverty conducts a credit check. However, it does NOT affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by anyone else. The collection and processing of your personal data and credit information are necessary for us to process your credit request.

Invoices for private individuals must be paid within 14 days, and corporate invoices within 30 days from the day the order is shipped from our warehouse. The invoice is dated and sent via email and must be paid via bank giro.

For Riverty's terms and conditions for invoice purchases, click here!

For installment purchases, you decide how much you pay each month. Besides always receiving your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

For Riverty's full account terms, click here!

If an order takes longer than 30 days, invoicing can no longer be completed, and payment needs to be redone.

Payment on Site
You can, of course, order games and pick them up at one of our physical stores in Stockholm: Dragon's Lair, Kungsholmstorg 8, or Dragon's Lair, Sveavägen 118. Payment is made on site, and you can use cards and cash. Please note that your reservation will be held for five days from the time of booking.

Authorities and Schools

We deliver to schools and authorities with e-invoices. To handle the invoice, we need a purchase order/requisition with the following information:

- Name of school/authority
- GLN code
- Org. nr
- Purchase order number
- Reference code
- Contact person

To handle purchase orders online, you need to place an order and select store pickup. Then send a copy of the purchase order to butiken@dragonslair.se and include the order number in the email. To shop in-store, it is sufficient to bring the purchase order.

Delivery and Shipping

PostNord Package

General

To provide you with the best possible service, we use Postnord to transport your goods to your nearest delivery point or mailbox. If you want to know where your package is during transport, you can go to Postnord's website and enter the reference number. Your reference number can be found on your order confirmation. When the package has arrived, you will receive a notification, either via SMS or letter. We only send goods as packages within Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Within Sweden, smaller shipments may be sent by letter.

Delivery Time

The Store aims to ship goods we have in stock the same day the order is received (applies to weekdays). Normal delivery time is therefore 1-3 working days after receiving payment. Goods that we do not have in stock, but the Store normally stocks, can be booked, and the delivery time is then 4-10 working days. If there is a delay in the shipment, the Store will contact the customer.

Shipping Method

The Store sends goods as packages or letters within Sweden, only as packages to Finland and Denmark. Currently, we cannot offer deliveries to other countries. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Shipping Fee

The Store applies a unit shipping fee of 49 SEK including VAT for packages within Sweden. Some items might have a higher shipping price due to size or weight. Postage for letters within Sweden is 29 SEK including VAT. Packages to Denmark and Finland have a shipping fee of 140 SEK.

Incorrect Delivery

If you receive a product you did not order, please contact our customer service, butiken@dragonslair.se, and we will help you return the product.

Transport Damage

If the customer discovers damage to the package, the customer should immediately report this to Postnord and make a damage report. The Store recommends the customer not to pick up a damaged package as the damage can no longer be referred to as transport damage once the package is picked up. If the customer does not discover the damage until the package is opened, and the damage can be attributed to the transport company's handling, the customer should contact them and make a damage report (no later than 7 days from receipt).

Security

General on Right of Withdrawal/Open Purchase and Exchange Right

At the Store, you always have a 7-day right of withdrawal and a 30-day exchange right, regardless of whether you shop in-store or in the webshop. This means you can return the product within 7 days from receiving it and get back the amount you paid for the products. The product must be in unchanged condition, i.e., product packaging must not be opened or damaged. The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent, and it is important that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for this type of return.

For other conditions and practical handling regarding returns, see the section on Return Handling below. The customer also has the option to return the product to the Store at Dragon's Lair; see further information below regarding Return Handling via physical store below.

The right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply to used products (loose cards) or loose boosters for collectible card games.

Cancellation

If the customer wishes to cancel a placed order, this should be done as soon as possible by contacting the Store at butiken@dragonslair.se. If the customer's order has already been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the product(s), and the customer is thereby obliged to receive their order. If the customer later regrets their purchase, the regular terms for the right of withdrawal and return handling apply. The cancellation is valid from the moment the customer has received a confirmation regarding the cancellation from us at the Store.

Return Handling via E-Commerce

For returns to e-commerce, you must contact our customer service at butiken@dragonslair.se to get a return number and possibly a return label. The return of the product must always be accompanied by a purchase receipt. Any bank receipt (card slip) is not valid. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition, which is important if you wish to return it in a different way than how the product was delivered. Therefore, make sure that the product is well packaged, preferably in the original packaging or equivalent.

For approved warranty cases and complaints, the Store covers all costs, including shipping. For the right of withdrawal or open purchase, the customer covers the return shipping. The customer also has the option to return the product in our physical store; see more info below.

The return is not approved until the Store has inspected the product. For approved returns, the amount is refunded in the same way the payment was made; if the payment was made by credit card, the same account number will be credited. For approved right of withdrawal, we refund the entire purchase amount within 30 days. For non-approved returns, the product is returned, and shipping is charged. Products arriving in return without a valid return number are returned to the customer, and shipping is charged.

Return Handling via Physical Store

For returns in-store, proof of purchase is required. Any bank receipt (card slip) is not valid. However, there is no need to contact e-commerce customer service, nor is a return number and return label required. The return is handled the same way as if the purchase had been made in the physical store. Otherwise, the same conditions for approving the return apply as above, i.e., the product must be returned in unchanged condition, i.e., unopened.

Exceptions

A package not picked up from the delivery point within 14 days is automatically returned. However, this return is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. Products arriving at our warehouse in return without a valid return number are returned, and shipping is charged.

Refund

The return is not approved until we have inspected the product. For approved returns, the amount is refunded in the same way the payment was made. If the payment was made by credit card, the same account number will be credited. Refunds are made as soon as an approved return is received. For non-approved returns, the product is returned, and shipping is charged.

Warranty and Complaints

At the Store, you naturally have a warranty on all products you purchase from us. It happens that games may lack pieces or that something went wrong in the production. We try to resolve such situations in the best possible way, primarily by sending replacement pieces.

Before returning the product, always consult with our customer service, which you can reach at butiken@dragonslair.se, so we can best resolve the issue. The Store staff will primarily determine whether the issue is due to a defective product or external damage after the product reached the customer.

You should never pay shipping or return costs if the issue is caused by us. If the customer claims a warranty and it turns out that the issue is due to external damage and therefore not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for any handling costs.

If there is a defect in the product, the Store has the right to rectify the defect within 2 months. If this does not happen, the customer has the right to a replacement. This means that you can demand a new product as compensation for the defective one. For valid complaints, you as the customer are reimbursed for any shipping costs. Complaints must be received within a reasonable time.

Complaints made within 2 weeks of the purchase date are always considered within a reasonable time.

The Store commits to always following ARN's (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) recommendations. For more information, see www.arn.se

Personal Information and Privacy

To be able to shop with us, you must register as a customer. Customer personal information is handled in accordance with applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PUL). The customer only needs to provide their personal number when purchasing by invoice. The information is not disclosed to third parties. In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, customers who shop with us at the Store must be over 18 years old. If a customer shops in another person's name or uses another person's personal number without their consent, resulting in economic or other damage to the Store, the customer will be reported to the police.

Miscellaneous

In the event of a product being sold out or a miscalculation of the number of stock items, the Store has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any payments made by the customer. A dialogue will be conducted with the customer on how this should be resolved in the best way, as the customer has the option to choose another product instead of receiving their payment back.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, missed deliveries from suppliers, increased costs, and similar events beyond our control, which could not have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that the Store is freed from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.

Dice Warranty

If you happen to buy an unlucky die (Cursed Dice) from us, we have a unique warranty. Come into the store and roll your die at the counter. If it rolls a 1 (on a D20 or D6), the warranty applies, and you can exchange your die for a new one with the same number of sides from our dice chest. If we do not have one with the same number of sides, you can take the closest one. There is, of course, a risk that the unlucky die will not roll a 1 when needed, but do not despair; bring it next time you come in and give the die another chance to show what it can do. We will also sell these at a cheaper price in the future if you want to give your game master/player a new die...
