Deep within South America's dense jungles lies El Dorado, the city of gold. Unlimited treasures await in this lost kingdom. You are a group of brave adventurers embarking on a quest for the lost city. As you venture deeper into the unknown, you encounter new rivers and coasts, towering mountains and perilous passages, and treacherous swamps filled with hungry crocodiles.

But you also discover various shrines with precious artifacts that will allow you to successfully enter the gates of the lost city. You also meet the Muisca, a friendly local tribe, who help you find your way to the legendary gold.

The first one to reach the golden city wins the game and claims all its treasures.

This box contains two modules that can be played separately or together:

Dangers adds a variety of new features that can be used individually or collectively to provide more variety and additional challenges to the base game routes.

Muisca adds cards and cave markers to the game to aid players in their quest. This expansion can only be played in combination with the base game "The Quest for El Dorado".
