The Friends & Family expansion introduces you to the varying inhabitants of the growing village in Mythwind. Players can now visit other characters to benefit from their expertise and perform socializing actions to increase friendship with local inhabitants, unlocking new and exciting story elements.
Character Interaction
Each playable character gains a unique way of interacting with every other character in the game!
The Inhabitants
The inhabitants start as acquaintances, then develop into friends, best friends, and finally the option to become life partners with unique stories along the way.
Alternative Buildings
Each inhabitant joins the town when their associated building is constructed. When the printing press is built, Aidan appears on the bulletin board!
Socialize
Characters can now perform socializing actions when using buildings associated with inhabitants. To socialize, any character can contribute employed workers to a communal dice roll to see if they increase their friendship status with the inhabitant.
Partners
When an inhabitant's friendship level increases to partner, this community member unlocks a special ability. Characters also have the option to pursue lifelong partnerships through marriage and even children!
