Lawyer Up is an asymmetrical card game for two players where one plays the noble prosecutor and the other plays the determined defense attorney in a thrilling courtroom drama. Each game begins with the Discovery phase where players draft important evidence to support their case and hide evidence that could benefit their opponent. This is followed by the Trial phase, where players call witnesses and play powerful arguments along with the evidence they drafted into their investigation pools. To create a coherent line of questioning, players must chain their cards together by matching bias symbols. The player who can best interrogate the witness by generating the most influence will use the difference to convince the Jury to their side. Every game is unique, but the lawyer with the best case and the most convincing arguments will secure the verdict they are after!
