Treacherous bandits have stolen the gold of Mountain Valley. They are fleeing by train to the city and have hidden the gold bars in the passengers' luggage... You decide to ride to the rescue in your stagecoach and help your friend Sam, the sheriff's son, recover the gold.
We're counting on you, kids. We must get the loot back from the bandits' clutches!
In Kids Express, you take turns playing. On your turn, follow the two steps below:
– Step 1 You can move your Kid pawn OR shoot with Sam.
– Step 2 You must pick up 1 luggage token from the space where your pawn is standing and then apply the effect of this token.
Step 1 in detail Move your Kid pawn: Take your Kid pawn and place it in any train car, as long as there are no bandits in that space.
OR
Shoot with Sam: Move the Sam pawn. Use your player aid token to position Sam closer or further away from the train, then place the slingshot on the platform and shoot or use a finger to hit one or more bandits and try to knock them down.
Step 2 in detail Pick up a luggage token and apply its effect: Take 1 luggage token from the pile on the space where your Kid pawn is standing. Flip it over and apply the effect. Keep it in front of you (unless otherwise specified).
The game ends immediately as soon as one of the piles of luggage tokens runs out.
