Welcome to the City of Lights! Let yourself be transported to glamorous Paris during the roaring twenties. Hop aboard an open-top bus, cruise along the Champs-Elysées, admire the Eiffel Tower, and end the day enjoying a picturesque sunset from a charming terrace in Montmartre — all without leaving your table.
Ticket to Ride: Paris is part of the "Cities" series of Ticket to Ride games and offers similar gameplay to the original, but with a playtime of just fifteen minutes. During your turn, you can collect transport cards, use these cards to claim a route on the game board, or draw tickets showing two locations you must connect with routes.
In Paris, when you claim a blue, white, or red route, you keep one transport card of that color in front of you instead of discarding all the cards. Once you have collected a card of each color, you have created a French flag; you then discard these cards and receive bonus points. Vive la France!
When a player has two or fewer buses left to place on routes, each player gets one last turn, then points are tallied for completed tickets and points are deducted for unfulfilled ones.
