The Rillet Rapier – Vanguard – Black is an elegant and battle-ready rapier inspired by Renaissance rapier weapons. Unlike many decorative court swords, this model is designed with a focus on practical use in combat, a blade for those who move quickly, precisely, and purposefully.

With a length of 85 cm, the Rillet Rapier offers good reach and agile handling. The guard is designed to protect both the back of the hand and the fingers, in a form that combines a classic quillon with the protective properties of a basket hilt. Inside the quillon is a decorative chappe with engravings resembling winding grapevines, and the rounded pommel is adorned in the same style. The ribbed grip provides a stable handhold and enhances the feeling of control in fast movements.

The black color scheme gives the weapon a distinct and sophisticated character, discreet yet powerful. The blade is made of closed-cell polyurethane foam and colored to mimic steel, which provides a realistic appearance while keeping the weapon safe for LARP.
