"Five Parsecs From Home" (3rd Edition) is a solo adventure game where you assemble a motley crew of galactic pioneers and set out to explore the stars, take on jobs, and occasionally engage in action-packed, sci-fi battles!
Battles are randomly generated with a huge variety of enemies, weapons, combat conditions, and objectives, whether you're fighting rivals or completing missions.
After each encounter, you earn experience and loot, developing your crew and story while sending your crew to look for contacts, trade, explore the colony, recruit replacements, or train their skills.
The game can be played with any miniatures you have on hand and only requires a few to get started, making it ideal for both experienced and new science fiction players. All you need are a few six-sided dice and a couple of ten-sided dice.
