5-Minute One Piece is a fast-paced cooperative game where players assemble a pirate crew and work together to complete an adventure before time runs out. The game is inspired by the Netflix live-action version of One Piece and builds on the same quick gameplay as 5-Minute Dungeon, but with new mechanics and a clear connection to the world of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Players first choose one of five adventure decks for the group to face. Then, each player selects one of the well-known characters—Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, or Chopper—and receives a unique deck of cards with special abilities. When the timer starts, it's all about real-time cooperation. New cards from the adventure deck can reveal enemies, events, or allies that the group must deal with together.

To defeat enemies, players must complete challenge cards by matching symbols in the correct order. Cards are quickly played onto the game board, which depicts the ship Going Merry, until the symbol sequence matches the challenge card. Once enough challenges have been completed, the adventure continues with the next card.

The game is easy to pick up and suitable for players of various ages. Beginners can focus on symbol matching, while more experienced players can utilize character special abilities and harder game modes for a greater challenge. The result is an intense and fun team game where communication and quick decisions are key to victory.
