Description
Gim Sword – Vanguard is an elegant and balanced blade inspired by the Chinese jian and other traditional Asian swords. With its straight profile and clean lines, it embodies discipline and precision, equally at home in the stillness of a dojo or on the battlefield.
At 100 cm in length, the sword is designed for both one- and two-handed use, offering versatility in technique and movement. The smaller crossguard, compared to many European swords, allows for greater freedom of motion, making it ideal for swift, controlled sequences.
The hilt is crafted from detailed polyurethane and sculpted to resemble dragon or serpent scales, highlighted with gold accents. This textured surface ensures a secure grip while giving the sword a distinctive and refined character. The blade is made from closed-cell polyurethane foam and carefully coloured to appear as lifelike as possible, delivering a realistic steel look while remaining safe for LARP combat.
As part of the Vanguard line, the Gim Sword requires minimal maintenance beyond routine checks for wear. It is a durable and practical choice for extended campaigns, stage performances or cosplay.

Q: Can I reserve a game to pick up in the store?
A: Yes, you can! Add the products you are interested in to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select "pick up in store" as the delivery method. You can choose to pick up the products at Kungsholmstorg 8 or Sveavägen 118. Please note that if you order products that are in the store you do not choose for pickup, it may take us an extra day to transfer the games to your chosen store. Keep an eye on your email inbox, and you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Q: When will my items be delivered?
A: For mail orders placed before 2:00 PM on a weekday, the order is usually shipped the same day, provided all the products you ordered are in stock at the same store. If we need to transfer products between stores to complete your order, it will take an additional 1-2 business days for internal delivery. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, they will be shipped the next business day. Delivery from us to you takes between 1-2 days, depending on where in the country you live.
