Sunrise Lane

In "Sunrise Lane," players take on the role of construction companies trying to build a residential area. To succeed, they must choose prestigious plots where they can construct houses and city structures.

The game board depicts a grid with squares, each showing 1-5 dots in a single color. Each player has a set of colored house pieces, with colors unrelated to the board squares. During a turn, you either draw 2 colored cards from the deck, adding them to your hand (with a limit of 5 cards) or discard cards to place a building and then draw a card.

When building, you must build adjacent to an existing structure (or the central square at the game's start), discarding 1 or more cards matching the dots' color in the desired square. You can discard 1-5 cards and place 1-5 house pieces on this square, earning points equal to the number of dots multiplied by the number of house pieces placed. You can build multiple structures in one turn as long as each new building is adjacent to the last one you built.

When a player has 2 or fewer house pieces left, the game ends, and players tally their final scores. Two areas give points for the tallest buildings and two for the most buildings. Additionally, the player with the longest group of adjacent buildings earns extra points.
