You've studied the footage, pieced together clues, and gathered what little evidence you could find. You're close now - soon the whole world will know the truth behind Cryptid. A group of like-minded cryptozoologists has united to finally uncover the elusive beast, but the honor of discovery is too valuable to share. Without revealing too much of what you know, you'll never succeed in locating the creature, but reveal too much and your name will be forgotten!

Cryptid is a unique deduction game based on honest misdirection, where players must try to uncover information about their opponents' clues while misleading them away from their own. Each player has a clue that helps them find the creature, and on their turn, they can try to gather more information from their opponents. Be careful - reveal too much and your opponents might get ahead and claim the glory of finding the mysterious creature!

The game includes a modular board, five clue books, and a deck of setup cards providing hundreds of possible setups at two difficulty levels. It also supports an entirely optional digital companion, enabling quick game setup and offering an almost endless variety of puzzles.
