Picture this: you're a pirate on a ship under siege. The kraken is tearing at the hull, skeleton pirates are firing cannons, and the water is rising fast. The only way out is teamwork – but when treasure is glittering right in front of you, can you really trust your crewmates?

We're Sinking! is a chaotic and hilarious social survival game packed with negotiation, bluffing, and dramatic twists. Everyone agrees on a plan, promises to do the right thing – and then reveals their secret actions all at once. It's exactly as fun as it sounds, and perfect for a game night no one will forget!

How does it work?

You and your fellow players are pirates aboard a ship under attack from one of four terrifying threats – the kraken, skeleton pirates, a megalodon, or sirens. Together you must repair the ship, manage the rising water level, and defeat the threat before it's too late.

Each round, every player secretly chooses one of four actions:

• Bucket – bail out the water and keep the ship afloat
• Patch – fix the hull and repair broken cannons
• Fire – blast the enemy with your cannons
• Plunder – steal loot cards from your crewmates

Everyone discusses, negotiates, and promises to do the right thing – then all actions are revealed at once. Did your friends save the ship, or did they pocket the treasure while you were busy bailing?

Defeat the threat and the player with the most valuable loot wins. But if the ship sinks first, the winner is whoever was clever enough to travel light – the player with the fewest cards in hand escapes on the lifeboat. In We're Sinking!, there's always a path to victory!
