Players can connect to any city, but the cost is higher than usual. Additionally, uranium is not used for power production, but large quantities are mined for export. In the Indian Subcontinent, players risk major power outages if the network expands too quickly. Players must also purchase their resources in a limited market, which does not always guarantee sufficient resources for everyone. This expansion provides new challenges even for experienced Power Grid players!
