The animals on Earth are not what they seem. They are, in fact, various alien species secretly running space agencies right under the humans' noses. In Fluffy Frontier, you play as these animals and participate in what officially appears to be a human-initiated space mission to Halley's Comet in 2061, where you search for life and collect samples for human tests. You have collectively traveled to the comet in a spaceship that is now parked in a close orbit above it.
But there's more. You must keep the big secret safe and not let humans realize that the Petsonauts are actually in charge of everything. While that charade is ongoing, you attempt to complete your own secret mission to retrieve certain alien supplies that your alien comrades have sent to you using the interstellar transport system that comets actually are. Plan your strategy to find the necessary supplies, smuggle them back to the ship, trade your findings with other animals, complete necessary lab experiments, and race to achieve your goals before anyone else in the fluffy crew. And do it quickly, because the comet is heating up as it approaches the sun, releasing more and more gas into space until it becomes impossible to work on the surface. You have 5 weeks, make the most of it. May the fluff be with you!
