MORE THAN JUST QUESTIONS
Dialogdyk is a unique conversation card game that you can play
with friends, family, partners, students, and colleagues. In
Dialogdyk, you and your fellow players will develop your ability to be
attentive, get to the core, show compassion, find similarities, be
authentic, and "big talk" instead of small talk.
The aesthetically beautiful cards contain questions that open the doors to
deep reflection, stimulate imagination, and promote increased self-awareness and
understanding of each other. The game includes question cards in three different
levels of intimacy, as well as response cards, curiosity cards, and
checkout cards.
WHAT MAKES DIALOGDYK UNIQUE?
What sets Dialogdyk apart from all other conversation games on the market
is its focus on response. When someone shares something personal, open,
or vulnerable, it's how we as listeners respond that determines whether the connection
deepens. Here you practice listening deeply, attentively, and empathetically -
the ingredients for making someone feel understood and heard.
After each question, the speaker draws a response card where the listeners are invited
to share their thoughts. This is where the magic begins, in the attentive response.

Which part of my story touched you the most?
What strength do you see in me when you hear me speak?
What did you learn about me when I shared this?
The game, created by licensed psychologist Daniel Ek and Therese Ernedal
from Vänskapslabbet, is based on three decades of research in
relationships, behavioral science, and communication.
