In Black Forest, you start with a small domain that needs new buildings and livestock. You travel between villages to hire specialists and benefit from their abilities. By collecting resources, placing landscape tiles such as ponds and fields, and building different types of structures, you can develop your domain. The buildings provide various effects – immediate, ongoing, or bonus points at the end of the game. With two resource wheels on your player board, you keep track of production and resources. Uwe Rosenberg's iconic resource wheels are back, just like in Glass Road!
