Ancient Guardians is a Yu-Gi-Oh! booster pack released in May 2021. This expansion introduces three brand-new archetypes: "Ogdoadic," "Ursarctic," and "Solfachord." The "Ogdoadic" archetypes focus on powerful Reptile monsters with graveyard effects, while "Ursarctic" introduces a new Synchro-based mechanic without the need for level adjustments. "Solfachord" offers a new angle on Pendulum Summoning with a musical theme.
