Rackare 3 is a ridiculously simple party game, so much so that only idiots could misunderstand the rules. Each round, one player lays down a white card and the others fill in with their best black card. The player who laid the white card chooses the funniest combination. First to ten points wins the game and gets the title "a real little rascal." If, against all odds, you want to play Rackare, it's equally unsuitable for pre-drinks as for a funeral reception, in both large and small groups.
