A collector binder made for cards in top loaders is a specially designed binder with plastic pockets large enough to hold cards that are already placed inside a so-called top loader.

A top loader is a rigid, transparent plastic case where you insert your trading card (usually first placed in a soft plastic sleeve — a “penny sleeve”) for maximum protection.
