In the Rivals Edition of The Game of Life, players choose their car token and move around the game board according to the instructions on the cards or the game board. Drawing a Life card can earn you points or make you pay - but watch out! It can also let your opponent steal your stuff! Neighborhood Gossip and Baby spaces on the game board increase the excitement during the journey.

This two-player version of The Game of Life has a similar theme and gameplay to its predecessor. You spin the wheel and move your car along the track. However, most spaces are yellow where you can play Life cards for various effects.
