Game rules: Set up the game as usual. Add the Missionary, Telegram and Elevation Map cards as three extra piles above the market board.
Missionary: This card is similar to Native and allows you to move up to two spaces, provided both are villages. Ignore any requirements of the space. The card can also overcome obstacles with a village symbol.
Telegram: This card may be used once per game to take any other card (but not Telegram) from the market board and add it to your hand. This does not count as a purchase. Then remove the spent Telegram card from play and return it to the game box.
Elevation Map: This card is similar to Native and allows you to move one step away. Ignore any requirements. The card can also be used to overcome obstacles. It can even move you to an occupied space or a mountain space without a cave token. The card may only be used once per game, then it is returned to the game box.
