    Q: Can I reserve a game to pick up in the store?

    A: Yes, you can! Add the products you are interested in to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select "pick up in store" as the delivery method. You can choose to pick up the products at Kungsholmstorg 8 or Sveavägen 118. Please note that if you order products that are in the store you do not choose for pickup, it may take us an extra day to transfer the games to your chosen store. Keep an eye on your email inbox, and you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

    Q: When will my items be delivered?

    A: For mail orders placed before 2:00 PM on a weekday, the order is usually shipped the same day, provided all the products you ordered are in stock at the same store. If we need to transfer products between stores to complete your order, it will take an additional 1-2 business days for internal delivery. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, they will be shipped the next business day. Delivery from us to you takes between 1-2 days, depending on where in the country you live.
