Acquiring artifacts grants the heroes unique abilities; this can improve the heroes' movement or combat, or their ability to learn spells or mitigate harmful dice rolls.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHeroes must travel by foot, by horse, by raft, by boat, and by gryphon to reach all the locations they need to complete their quests - or to position themselves for what the night will bring.
