Deploying means sending one of your starships to a region in Andromeda, either to gather resources from planetary systems or perform actions at alliance bases. If the region is occupied by your opponents or feared raiders, you will meet in a dice battle, where supremacy is at stake but strategic manipulation can turn a loss into a reward. Returning to your station allows you to activate your engine, using the modules you have acquired to generate energy, gain resources, and perform actions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThroughout the game, you build up your unique faction, construct developments (Observatories, Factories, Spaceports, Cities, and Obelisks), and acquire station modules that move you up the progress tracks.
